Today’s offerings come from the studio of Michael Hosaluk. While imagining all the changes that have come about as a result of the Corona virus pandemic Michael created three pieces. The sculpture references human figures. After many months of isolating with a loved one there appears to be a possibility of a pregnancy.
Carrying on with the intimacy theme Michael dug though his collection of old Meccano parts and created a wheeled platform with an old fashioned crank. The drawings on the rotating notice board create the illusion of one image when the crank is turned. This video shows how the crank creates the magical image.
