This cold snap has had some devastating effects on equipment. Rick Hounjet sent in some pictures of his chain saw. I don’t know how he managed to saw out this Burr Oak blank. (Or as Rick says Burrrrrrrrr Oak at -39 deg.) Anyway he managed to turn a lovely bowl that he dyed with brown and yellow dyes and finished with Tung Oil.
