HI everyone.. There has been two requests for help turning a table leg. If anyone can help please contact the individual.
1.
My name is Barry McEwen and I writing you to ask if you know of someone in your group that might be interested in making a teak table leg for me. Of course I would pay for their work and material. We have a dining table that we now leave open at its biggest most of the time because our family is larger now and we often have family suppers. With two leafs in the table it has a fairly significant dip to the top. I have built a support that work’s well but it has only a spruce dowel as a leg and I would like to change that out to a matching teak leg. If someone could help me that would be great.
The existing legs are fairly plain. Rounded from top to bottom. And about an 1 1/4″ on the bottom an 2” on the top. I look forward to hearing from you.

I would like help making a leg. It sure doesn’t have to be this fancy, if they are 34.5” long and around 2.5” square with similar design on the bottom and something less fancy at the top would suffice.
It’s a small table against a wall supporting a piece of quartz around 70lbs. It will be painted so any material will work.
Thanks for your help.
