Bring a jig night for next meeting.

October 9, 2021

Tuesday October 12 is the next meeting date for Hub City Turners. Members are encouraged to bring a jig that has been useful for some operation in your shop. The meeting will be held in the wood shop of Walter Murray Collegiate. Doors open at 6:30 and the meeting starts at 7:00.

Duncan Birch send in a picture of a very cleaver jig that he used to determine the thickness of the bottom of a bowl. In typical Duncan style he created a whole lathe to show the way the jig works so he didn’t have to carry a full lathe to the meeting.
